Cute ocean reef themed skirt in pink and white. Fully lined with two slits in front, zipper with hook & eye closure in back, though it is missing the hook. Slight pulls on the back, the "worst" of which is pictured. Otherwise in EUC - no stains, zipper works perfectly.

@mrsalexisbeach Sorry that took awhile. The waist measures 14 inches laying flat. The skirt is 15 inches long when laying flat. This skirt isn't stretchy at all in the waist, just slightly in the body of the skirt.
