Vineyard Vines Seersucker Skirt

Light blue and white striped seersucker skirt. Double row ruffles across bottom. Hook and loop and zipper closure in back. 97% cotton and 3% spandex with 100% cotton lining. Slight yellow stain on bottom right hem (barely noticeable, could be washed out) see pics Only worn a few times.
