@new4lor1 hello! Thank you for your interest. I measured with a sewing tape measure and waist measurements are 26”. The chest is harder to measure with a lose tape measure but based off of Vineyard vines sizing chart a size 2 is 26” waist, 34” chest, 36” hip.
I am 5’3”, 24” waist, 32” chest, and weight 125lbs, this dress fits a bit loose on me when worn. I hope that helps give you a good idea. 😊
