Vineyard Vines formal strapless maxi dress

Beautiful floorlength gown in navy and white diamond pattern. EUC, only flaw is that there is some dust on the hemline that cannot be seen while wearing. I had it loosely hemmed (but not cut) to fit me at 5’5” but the hem is coming out. Now you can set it to your height! I am flexible with price on most items, but this is a dress that I love. It doesn’t fit my muscular build perfectly, but I’d rather wear it than sell it for nothing. Please, no lowball offers.
