Reposhing this item I purchased from @nsease24. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
Green color is lime green vs kelly green. Waist measures 16” and length of skirt measures 15.25”. Material does have a little stretch to it. (2% spandex). Last pics are true color green-more lime.
