Vineyard Vines off-the-shoulder Blue and White Stripe Dress

Vineyard Vines off-the-shoulder Blue and White Stripe Dress, size XS, never been worn, but does not have original tags. Falls above the knees. Kind of a semi-thick material - enough to where it is light but heavy enough to where it won't fly up in the wind. Hard to tell on the hanger, but it is off the shoulder. You can kind of see in the tag photo that it has a clear, rubber/sticky band to hold the dress off your shoulders. Cure for a day trip on a boat.
