Vineyard Vines scarf and hat set - one size

New with tags, off white hat and scarf with pastel blue and designs. Fleece style polyester inside hat and underside of scarf. Scarf width is 7” inches scarf measures 66” long. Size is OS (seems small but check measurements maybe compare to inches on a hat you own already for fit ).. Hat measures 9.5” at its widest brim/forehead left to right while laying flat. New with tags. Although this item is new and with original tags and never worn, this item has been in my closet untouched for a few years, so there may be some blemishes due to age that I didn’t see like a thread or stitch out of place. There may be a loose dog hair that floated on it although new and kept in a closet. Hat tassels have uneven yarn .a few loose threads in the knitting ( see image with pointer finger). Although this is labeled as one size, it seems to fit small like it’s a child’s fit- see measurements and photos with tape measure
