Like new Vineyard vines Navy skirt with black smocking. Orig sample purchase, just never wore.. it’s very easy, great with a cotton t-shirt & sneakers or a silky tee with a ballet slipper shoe. Waist width (relaxed) 15” flat/ 30” Length: top of waist edge to Bottom hem edge 28”
