Vingtage Whiting & Davis Gold Mesh Evening Bag

Beautiful and petite Whiting & Davis Co. gold mesh evening bag has a small mesh fingerhold strap and a clasp closure. The original gold satin like lining is hand sewn and in tact in pristine condition with Manufacturers tag. Art Deco style. The Whiting and Davis Co. has been in business since the 1890's. I believe this bag is circa 1940's. Perfect for a night out and will fit your lip gloss and some cash or hand sanitzer! Bag at widest is approximately 5"wide and 5" high (not counting strap). In very good condition with exception of a small tarnish mark in lower right corner (see photo). Weight 3.5oz.
