Vintage Beautiful unsigned brooch,I'm not sure but I think this brooch was made by Julianna D & E (Delizza & Elster)Glass Rhinestone Statement Pin/Brooch. Glass set in prongs.Measure a little over 3".Topaz amber rhinestones.Really nice.Might need a light cleaning from being in storage.Im not sure of age,but I'm guessing 1940's-50's.I'm not an expert,I welcome comments and corrections.some information on this item some design characteristics that line up with D&E (DeLizza & Elster) unmarked - sold with paper hangtags only, no other marking,no tag large vibrant stones in open-back settings distinctive ‘dog tooth’ or ‘pie crust’ prongs xl closed-back chatons (the clear round ones at either end) super long pin stem heavy soldering (collectors call this ‘puddling’ because it’s usually (but not always) literally puddled around settings When searching for a match remember these were made in different color combinations
