Hi- Is this top sheer ALL OVER, as it would appear in the image with your hand, or is that your hand slipped in between a sheer TOP layer and a less transparent bottom layer? Trying to figure out if I would need to wear a "modesty" camisole or tank top beneath it... thanks in advance.
