Vintage 100% Silk Asian Shirt, S, button, flowers, traditional Chinese style

A relative brought this back from a trip to China in the late 90s or early 00s for me. It's beautiful, traditional style with painted flowers on cream silk. The tag is in Chinese but Google translate says it means "100% mulberry silk" (?). The hem and sleeves have red satin piping along them. Traditional knotted buttons. Size tag says Medium, 160/ 84a. I would call it a small, so I'm going to list it that way. Please check measurements in pics. It has regular age related wear, but overall in very good condition.
