I am fairly confident this top was new in the 80s, making it vintage like me 100% silk from Daniel Hector Paris bright jewel tone stripes royal blue, violet, forest green, lime green lightly puffed short sleeves with button closures thin shoulder pads interestingly constructed collar with side button flaw: one small rip under the arm at seam. if you are handy with needle and thread, it can be repaired. see photo 0229
