biannti komiza. waist is elastic...at w/o using elastic it is 15 1/2" flat. stretched it measures about 18 to 18 1/2". center frnt length msr is 37". jope it was for you. elastic is stretched a bit from original, buf it fits your waist, looks smooth and great. you could replace elastic if you want smaller.
