Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Diamond and Natural Sapphire Ring Size 4.75 This gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring is set with two round brilliant diamonds and one larger deep blue genuine sapphire. Round brilliant diamonds are approximately .25 carats each for a total of .5 carats. I1 clarity, H color - Lots of sparkle! Genuine round blue sapphire is approximately 6 mm in diameter. Sapphire shows very little signs of wear. Beautiful deep blue in color Front of the ring is approx. 14 mm long and 6 mm high. Sits 6.5 mm up from finger. Shank is approx. 2 mm 3.0 g / 1.9 dwt This ring is in excellent pre owned condition. Just polished by our jeweler. Stamped 14K.
