Beautiful vintage 14k yellow gold stick pin in knot design Has a beautiful approximately 6.5 mm akoya pearl and is accented by genuine diamonds It appears to be marked 14k faintly on the pin and has been confirmed to be solid gold by a jeweler It weighs about 2.97 grams, not including the cap which is gold plated It measures about 62x16 mm In very nice condition with minor wear and signs of use.
