Vintage 18k Gold Plated Cocktail Ring, Size 8.5 This beautiful cocktail ring is sterling silver plated with 18kt yellow gold. It features 4 marquis shaped sapphire-blue colored stones with smaller clear/gray colored simulated diamond CZs. All stones are prong set. One of the marquis is chipped/worn on top but it’s hard to tell unless you look closely. The marquis are a deep blue color but aren’t quite as dark as they appear in the photos. Ring is stamped 18 KT GE PAD.
