Vintage 18k white gold diamond wedding band

Sparkling vintage 18k white gold wedding band with seven round cut natural diamonds . Size 4, 18k stamp shown in pic. These diamonds are set in a “Tension” setting. Tried my best to measure the width of diamond and width of band. The band is approximately 3mm in width and the diamonds are approximately 2mm. This is just an estimate because the setting has gold that rolls over the edges in between the diamond and it also tapers from the thickness of the gold band at 3mm to the top face of the diamonds which is approximately 2mm. Based on the approximate widths of diamonds, its total carat weight would be estimated at around .25 ct. and ring weighs approximately 3.5g please note that the ring also tapers as you go towards back of ring as shown in photos. This is vintage, so there are scratches on the gold , please refer to pictures as they are also part of description.
