Vintage 18kt Gold HGE ring with Opal and crystals

This beautiful ring is designed with 2 gold open face leaves that wrap around and is set with an opal at the center and 2 crystals on both sides of the opal. It is marked with 18kt HGE and a crown symbol on the inside of ring. Size 5 It does have some worn marks on the part that hits surfaces facing on the back side. See pics.
