Vintage 1900s Edwardian Skirt with Ruffled Hem, White Cotton Linen Petticoat

Utterly lovely vintage antique white petticoat skirt from the late 1800s, possibly early 1900s. Has ruffled tiers at the bottom hem and a single button closure at the waist. Looks and feels like a cotton linen blend. No label. Extra small size I'd say but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. A bit of wear near the button and I did spot a couple faint pindot marks. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: 23.5" barely Hip: loose Waist to bottom hem: 39" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
