True vintage 1920s shrug. Some missing and loose sequins - refer to photos - definitely not perfect but overall good condition for a 100-year-old fancy jacket. Cropped style. Hook-and-eye closure at neck with sequined pussy-bow tassels. Short sleeves have open slit underneath. Flapper chic. Handmade, no tags, but fits like a modern US Small/Medium.
