Vintage 1920's Navajo (?) turquoise native American cuff

This was my great grandmother's. Purchased circa 1920-1930. 1.75 inches wide at thickest part. Fits a 6.5 to 7 inch area above wrist. I can't find any markings. She drove across the U.S. in 1930 and I believe it was purchased then.
