Vintage 1930's 20's M/L dark red white stripe short sleeve gauzy midi dress

Vintage 1930's 30's 20's M/L gauzy dark cranberry red and white striped midi dress with matching belt! Another amazing piece. Short puff sleeves. Plunging v-neckline. Can't remember but it may have been pinned shut with an old safeypin. Still has it's original matching belt. Geometric floral decorative stripes. Pleats under waist seam. This is a pull over dress. Does has a small broken seam under one arm and the belt loops have some loose. Could probably use a few stitches but honestly in great shape and held up well is a light vinegar soak. Does have under arm pads I would personally take these out but will leave up to you.This dress is extremely old and antique. I found papers dating 1938, 1931 and 1926. This looks more 20's to me. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 20 inches across. Waist - 17 inches across. Has matching belt to cinch. Hips - 20 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 41 inches. Length from shoulder to waist seam - 14 1/2 inches.
