Vintage 1930s Black White Pencil Dress

1930s/40s handmade black and white dress. Excellent condition. Needs to be cleaned bc the inside of the collar is a little dusty. Seams look good. Pockets stand up once it's on around hips. Pencil style. Measurements laying flat are: Waist 16.75" Collar to hem length 37" Hips 22" Pit to pit 20.5"
