Vintage 1930s Brown Velvet, Chiffon Top Converted from Dress

I bought this piece from IanDrummondVintage on Etsy but am a 37” bust and just too afraid to wear it and damage it - works out for you poshers! Since it was cut down from a dress, the hem is completely raw - otherwise in great condition for such a fragile piece. Priced accordingly. That arm slit - those diagonal seams! A true work of art.
