Vintage 1930s Handmade Black Sequin and Net Bolero XS The tag says Handmade in Paris. It belonged to my Mother who was very petite and loved to dress up. This piece is a collectable. Hook and eye closure on the top and bottom front It is in wonderful condition considering it's age. It can still be worn by someone who is an XS.
