Vintage 1940s 1950s Martha Manning Rayon Navy Blue Dress White Polka Dots 14 XL

This dress is navy blue, but I just couldn't get my camera to agree with me, so the pix have come out blackish/brownish. It is navy blue with white paintbrush-like dots in swirling patterns. Very cool. A squared collar around a V neck, shoulder pads, short sleeves, belt threads but no belt. Likely made of rayon, as was common for the era. Measures 22 inches pit to pit, 17-1/2 across front at waist. Important Information: I don't accept returns, so please be sure of your measurements. Lay a garment that fits you well on a flat surface and measure armpit to armpit, waist, hips. I want you to be happy with your purchase! Also, my small town's post office is open limited hours 5 days a week and closed on Saturday, so please allow 3 days' handling.
