Vintage 1940s 1950s Rothmoor for Korrecks Dept Store Phoenix Blazer Jacket M L

Vintage 1940s (maybe early 1950s) women's blazer jacket in beige (slight pink hue) gabardine - unlined with shoulder pads. Rothman brand for Korricks Department Store (Valley of the Sun Fashions) in Phoenix, AZ. The size is not marked but should fit a modern medium to large. Nice details in the collar, cuffs and pockets. This is a very cool jacket in good condition, but with some flaws. There are a few marks/stains which may come out with a cleaning. A couple of pin-sized dots and one cluster of dots measuring about 1" total. The fabric has faded down the left arm - not super obvious but should be noted. One button missing in middle of jacket. No rips or tears, just some loose threads. Have tried to capture all of the details in the pictures. History of Korricks Department Store: In the 1890’s the Polish-Jewish Korrick family opened up their first store. It was one of the first department stores in the Phoenix area along with the Goldwater and Diamond department stores. Sam Korrick arrived in Phoenix in 1895 on a chance that he could make it big in the city. First, Korrick arrived in New York but realized that he could have a better opportunity if he traveled to Texas to get a job at the Diamond family store. On his route to Texas, he decided on a detour and headed straight to the west coast but never made it because he stopped off in Phoenix.
