Vintage 1940s Art Deco Silver Plated Coffee & Tea Set

Label: IND. MEK. De Plata S.A., This company started in the 1940s. They provided sterling-plated products. They touted their silver was treated to avoid oxidation and tarnish. That was then, boy did I have my work cut out for me as these pieces were black. Model 98-3 Condition: I've polished this up and it was in a pretty bad tarnished state.There are a few flaws starting with two chips on ________ & _________, the tray sides have a slight removal of silver plating. The pourer on the ____ is slightly bent. The lip to the creamer on the cornet is slightly bent. There is a minor scratch on the coffee pot. The interiors are all in perfect shape and look no have had little use. This item ships in the USA-free. It will require a large box, and lots of wrapping and will be insured.
