Vintage 1940's Beach Mate Swim Suit

This is SO cool. In the1940's swimsuits and or playsuits were possible. This little number has a Skirted Shorts bottom so in effect it's a Romper. This is made of a thick fabric with a shiny face. It is fully lined. With the exception of a couple of tiny marks on the front (see pic 5) the exterior of this playsuit is in great condition. The lining has seen better days and there are holes (see pics 6 & 7). Photos don't quite capture it. Click on photos to enlarge for details. Amazing & unique.
