Rare 1940’s Black Silk Taffeta and Net Shelf Bust Party Dress with Side Zipper Really a one of a kind item with the hand sewn handkerchief skirt with panels of taffeta and net. Photo of skirt was lightened to show detail. Size: Womens XXS No Stretch Measured Flat Shoulder to shoulder- 13” Bust- 30” Waist- 23” Hips- 34” Sleeve Length- 15” Armpit hole- 6” Shoulder to Hem- 39” Shoulder to Waist- 15” Please note items are between 40-150 years old. They may have signs of wear, please carefully examine photos This is in really lovely condition, however I have spotted at least one tear in the netting which means I may have missed two or three others. There are no tears under the arms of the sleeves. No fading detected on the exterior. The interior has two sewing pins placed into the bodice that I have not attempted to remove, and one white spot on the interior only.
