Vintage 1940s Coffee Table Cartoon Book - The Petty Place

Full of drawings by Mary Petty, some color but mostly black and white, published in 1945. In great vintage condition - I found 1 page with a small tear in it (last pic). Please note - by today’s standards this book is not PC and may be offensive to some. It is not to my taste but it is ‘of it’s time’. Mary Petty was an illustrator often featured in New Yorker magazine
