Vintage 1940s Ladies Hat with thick ribbon wrapped around it. Fur like felt material. Well preserved from the 1940s. A Lucila Mendez New York Exclusive. Hat is in good condition with no stains or tears. Pheasant feathers are slightly separated but can be easily replaced.
