Made from what appears to be a linen flax blend with a cotton lining. Amazing black and white polka dot pattern with an empire waist and cute bow tie at the waist. Ruffled sleeves. The tag is a vintage size 11, but fits like a modern-day Small (see measurements below). Zipper in the back. Excellent condition with only very minimal signs of cosmetic wear.
