Vintage 1940s R &K Originals Blue Rayon Dress - Costume Repair Upcycle Study XS

This is a great dress that I am hoping someone can repair. IT has some color loss at the underarms and upper back. See photos for details. Otherwise, the construction is in great shape. I believe it is Rayon, and perhaps it can be dyed. Light shoulder pads. Side metal zipper is in good working condition. Bust 30- 32 Waist 23-24 Hips - 34 Length 45
