Vintage 1940’s Shawnee Pottery Dutch Girl Planter 24kt Accents This piece is a lovely example of vintage art pottery produced by Shawnee Pottery in the 1940’s. This piece is a fired pottery planter. She is wearing a pretty goldenrod dress and hat, the gold accents on her are 24KT gold plating. She is an unsigned 5” tall planter. She can hold more than a plant in the planter area at her back… she can be great upright storage for makeup brushes or other cosmetic accessories, OR anything else that comes to your creative mind. This ceramic piece is a beautiful and rich looking accent, a bit of treasure saved for us from the past. This planter is in excellent vintage condition and was manufactured and sold between 1940-1949 by Shawnee Pottery of Ohio. Measures 5” tall. The planter opening is 2” long by 1.25” at the wide.
