Vintage 1940’s WWII US Navy Classic Naval Seals Navy Blue Peacoat Pristine!

Pristine WWII era 100% wool outer shell with rayon type inner lining manufactured By NAVAL CLOTHING FACTORY. There are eight buttons on the front of the coat, with small buttons under collars, and attached throat latch. Hand warmer pockets lined in light tan corduroy. The coat appears black but its a dark midnight blue. This piece has been well preserved, clean, no holes, no signs of any wear around the cuffs, button holes, pockets, hem, collar. The buttons are original and all in tact. No holes or wear in the interior pockets of the coat. This coat was given to me 44 years ago by my boyfriend’s father who served in WWII and has been stored in a cedar closet inside a protective garment bag.
