Vintage 1940s black Peplum bombshell dress with ribbons

Size XS (small amount of stretch) A black crepe dress with huge shoulder pads! The shoulder pads are held in with safety pins so they could be removed easily. The half peplum is interfaced and stiff, it could probably use an iron. As-is: One seam popped on the skirt (about an inch). The seams are not finished so some of them have frayed (but they won't unravel any further). There's a hook at the back of the neck but I wasn't able to find the thread loop eye. The zipper is a little curvy so you can get it up but it likes to stick a little on the way. The seam by the zipper for the ribbon accent has more bulk in its seam allowance so I didn't want to force the zipper past that point as it may get stuck.
