Vintage 1940s blue and white floral dress with lace trim

Blue and white floral print vintage cotton dress with white eyelet and lace detail, bow tie in the back, she’ll buttons and short puff balloon sleeves circa 1940s. No tags. Approximate size is girls size 10, but use provided measurements for sizing. This darling beauty belonged to my mom and was worn frequently, but still has life left in it. One small hole in the eyelet and some loose seams that need to be restitched- see photos. A couple of faint marks - see photos. Beautiful tailoring and details- like the micro gathers at the waist and hand sewn on lace at the hem. Two front pockets edged in lace. A lovely vintage piece.
