This is a favorite of mine that no longer fits. it has a gathered neckline with a ruffle and bow at the collar. it has a ruffled peplum at the waist and slightly gathered skirt. it is a vibrant chartreuse with blue and lilac daisies printed on it. Best for 35 bust, 28 waist and up to 40" hips. let me know if you have questions! best if worn with a belt to cinch the waist.
