Gorgeous crushed black velvet blazer with cream silk lining. Fits like a medium. Shoulders run large and it may have had pads at one point. Interior hem is distressed but not visible when worn. I don’t have measurements and price reflects this! OrigInally purchased in a vintage shop in Galveston , TX.
