Vintage 1940s navy flowy dress with lower waist and belt

This stunning 1940s dress has a lower belted waist, lace v-neckline and gorgeous waist detail. A lightweight rayon material is perfect for dancing! The dress needs a little TLC but is still amazing! Item has been washed and laid flat to dry. **Flaws: tears in lace collar, small holes mainly in skirt. One in back has been repaired. Front ones are smaller (see pics) small hole on front under lace collar. Some very slight discoloration near front holes.
