Vintage 1940's/1950's Made in Japan Toothpick Holder Lady Porcelain Figurine

Vintage 1940s – 1950s made in Japan porcelain ceramic colonial lady with basket. The lady has a baby blue ball gown and a mint green bonnet. She is holding onto the handle of the basket. The basket is ceramic but has a translucency a bit like milk glass would. It can be used for toothpicks, small toiletries, as a salt cellar with a little spoon, an arrangement of small dried flowers or as a bud vase, a container for an air plant, or a tiny cacti. Marked made in Japan on bottom. Size: 3.25" x 2.75" x 3" Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Mild gilt fading. NPK- (#13)(psh)(mer)
