Vintage 1940s/50s dress

Excellent vintage condition. It was my grandmother’s, who was from Japan, so it could be from Japan (as she lived there during the time period this would’ve been made) but it isn’t a Japanese label, so I’m unsure. No size listed, but seems to fit like a modern size small. :)
