Vintage 1940's/early 50's Cream Dress with Swiss dot overlay,Pearl cap&Shawl

Late 1940's to early 1950's Strapless satin dress with swiss dot overlay, satin shawl and pearl Juliet cap Cross Posted **Crinoline not included ** used only for photos This gorgeous handmade cream Tea Length 2 piece dress is strapless with boning in the bodice , a sweetheart neckline and metal side zip. The full circle skirt drapes beautifully and the entire piece features pinked seams. The white swiss dot overlay is incredible, with long sleeves that come to a point over the hand, metal covered buttons and a metal side zip .All of the buttons are there, and the zippers still are in working condition. The matching shawl also has boning in it. The juliet cap is accented with delicate pearls.This is in gorgeous condition with no tears except for some small snags in the bodice(see photos) that you dont see when the overlay is on. There is some very slight discoloration on the base dress(see photos) as well as some of the buttons. Other than that, this dress is very clean and in fantastic condition.
