Vintage 1943 U.S. Army Medical Department Covered Bowl.

This is a vintage (1943) U.S. Army Medical Department Covered Bowl made from white vitrified Sterling China. The rim bowl is 3-1/4" tall and sits on a 3-1/4" diameter top. The knob handle is 1-3.4" diameter. Except for a tiny chip on the rim, the bowl is in very good condition. The Army logo on the front is maroon. I am asking for $45 plus shipping.
