Vintage 1948 or 1949 Bulova Ladies 10k Gold Filled Diamond Watch

This was worth $45--59 in 1949's dollars. With today's inflation, that comes out to $526--$690! Listing at $150, but open to offers. I have taken it to the jeweler twice in the last 20 years; they always get it to run for a time, but something is wrong internally so that eventually stops. Collector's item, good for classy wear, or for parts. Perhaps with the correct parts from another Bulova watch, she could get running again?
