Vintage 1949 Women's genuine mother-of-pearl compact.

This is a very vintage genuine mother-of-pearl compact (1949). It belonged to my own mother and aside from some slight tarnishing on the interior brass, it is in beautiful condition for it's age. The entire front and back is very shiny genuine mother-of-pearl and the interior is golden brass with mirror and clasp compartment for loose powder. The measurements are 27/8" x2-3/8". A wonderful nostalgic piece from days long gone by.
