Incredible vintage 1950's hand fan, embroidered with New Orleans and a phoenix. An amazing historic mardi gras souvenir! Red with multicolor embroidery, and gold etching on the black lacquered wood sticks and guard. Gold rivet. Measurements: 16.5” w, 9” h Condition: GUC!
