Vintage 1950s 1960s Victorian Dress Costume, 3 PIece Blue Striped Antique Style

Beautiful vintage costume dress circa the 1950s to the 1960s in a Victorian era style. Three pieces consisting of a 1) full skirt, nearly a full circle, that has a sweeping train in back 2) a blouse/jacket with bell sleeves, lace trim and a false front that buttons over a zipper, and 3? a little ruffled hair fascinator that ties in back. There is a label but it is mostly unreadable. Small to medium size, I'd say, but do see measurements. Looks and feels like acetate. Excellent to great vintage condition. Some of the seams look pulled and there is some general wear and a few thin areas. Jacket has a white mark about an inch and a half long on it. Skirts bottom hem has an area that needs stitching and a bit of wear to another seam. Measurements when lying flat, doubled at bust, waist and hip. Jacket Armpit to armpit across bust: 37" Waist: 28" Shoulder to bottom hem: 16.5" at the side, longer front and back Skirt Waist: 26" Hip: free Waist to bottom hem: 40" in front, longer in back Fascinator 3.5" wide 14" long of fabric, then blue velvet ribbons are 17" long each Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
